Our iproducts are delivered by GLS. Deliveries are made exclusively to the countries listed below.

SHIPPING CHARGE

The shipping costs are charged as a flat rate per order and amount to:
Austria: EUR 5,99
Germany: EUR 7,99
All EU countries and Switzerland (except Greece, Iceland, Malta, Spain and Cyprus)
EUR 16,99
Spain: EUR 35,99
Greece, Malta und Cyprus: EUR 56,99

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The order will be delivered to the address specified by you. The delivery address can differ from the billing address so that you can request your order to be sent to the office or to friends. The delivery address is always used to calculate the shipping costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

If the product is in stock, we will ship the goods within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Standard delivery times can be found in the table below. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine an exact delivery date in advance.

FREE DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

From an order value of EUR 150,- we deliver free of charge to an address in Austria or Germany. You can pick up the goods yourself from our company headquarters in 1210 Vienna, Schönthalergasse 1, free of shipping costs.
